I'm so happy with my experience throughout the whole project. Randy was so attentive and patient. (Some say I ask a lot of questions) he answered all my questions and put my mind at ease. The work came out amazing and his professionalism was more than i could of hoped for. He walked me through the whole process. I really feel like he cares about his clients not just doing another job. I will definitely recommend and use him again in the future.

We contacted Randy Wells at Raleigh Windows & Doors (as well as 2 other window companies) to replace a large, multi-pane window in our bonus room. After mtg with Randy (& other company reps) we decided to go with him. His pricing was very reasonable, his demeanor was great & he was obviously very knowledgeable & experienced. We did not regret our choice!! His crew was efficient & skilled. The replacement window is exactly what we wanted. We would recommend Raleigh Windows & Doors highly & without hesitation!!!

Excellent experience overall and so glad we found them! Randy was incredibly responsive, timely and transparent. He helped us to pick the best door styles for our home while taking our budget into consideration. His installer, David, could not be better. They are genuine, good people and they made a seemingly difficult project so easy for us! Highly recommend and will be using them for another door project in the future. Thank you guys!

Randy and his team were incredibly fast, responsive and kind in our emergency situation. Truly made a terrible experience so much better by repairing and reinforcing our damaged door the same day it was kicked in. They went above and beyond and we will absolutely be using them again for any future needs!

I was on the hunt to find a window and door company that doesn’t send out a salesperson for their quote. I was looking for a small business and that’s exactly what I found with Raleigh Windows and Doors. The owner, Randy, comes out himself, and has construction experience. I had a lot of questions and he was a wealth of knowledge. He sent me in the right direction to save money where we could and spend money where we should. I went into the appointment looking for 2 windows and 3 doors and left the appointment purchasing 3 doors from him & getting our siding fixed by someone who he recommended where I thought I needed a new window. I met with 5 different windows and doors companies, and 3 of them sent out salesmen. All of them except Randy would have sold me a window where I needed to repair a leak. His contractors were also excellent. Very professional, kind, and experienced in construction. If we need new windows in the future for this home or buy a new home that needs new doors, I will definitely reach out to them again. Highly recommended working with Raleigh windows and doors.

The team at Raleigh Windows and Doors is amazing. I had an issue with a Jeld Wen exterior double porch door that was not closing properly and no one I brought in was able to fix. They got it working perfectly plus took care of a front exterior door issue that others also could not fix. Prompt, courteous, good value. I 100% recommend them.

I highly recommend Raleigh Windows and Doors. The owner, Mr. Wells, is a pleasure to deal with. His installer David could not have been any more gentlemanly & efficient. They did a nice job, and the price was very fair.

Randy was communicative and easy to work with, Jimmy did a great job with the installs and answered some questions for me along the way. I thought it was as easy as it could have been to get the work scheduled and done. I was happy with the quote, timeline, communication, work that was done, itemized cost sheet, and everything else. Everything in their purview came out excellent and we can now enjoy our home even more, just need to paint a little now. Thanks!

Randy and Jimmy are the best of the best! They promptly came out to our house following a large storm that created a lot of water damage. Not only did they identify the source of where the water was coming from, they did an impeccable job of fixing the issue and we have not had any leaking since. We are so thankful! Highly recommend :)

We called Raleigh Window and Door about 3 windows that we had broken seals in. Instead of just saying sure that they could replace our units and charge us a lot of extra money, Randy educated us and gave us references to two other companies that should be able to help us just replace the glass. This worked great and we so appreciate Randys help even though he did not make any money from us. Thank you so much for putting your customers first and not jist looking for any way you can to make a dollar!! I will be recommending Raliegh Window and Door to anyone that I know in the future. We had a great experience with this company that replaced our basement doors. Among several quotes, theirs was the most reasonable. They recommended and purchased the sliding door with the screen, completed the installation in just one day, and their team was incredibly polite and responsive. What stood out was their honesty – they didn’t try to oversell. Overall, a job well done, and I highly recommend their services!

Randy was very knowledgeable and professional about replacing all of my windows and doors. Jimmy came out and worked very hard and did a wonderful job. There was some wood rot on the back of the house and Jimmy worked wonders to fix that as well. It was a great experience and I highly recommend them.

Great customer service! We had a sliding glass door replaced and found damage repaired. Explained what would happen step by step of the install and possible things that could pop up and prepared you for that just in case. Everything went smoothly barring having to wait on the weather and schedule matching for certain parts. Very accommodating and caring! Thank you!

I recently had RWD replace my patio doors with a slider. I typically get multiple quotes before going through with any project and I was very disappointed with the first two companies who arrived and refused to answer my questions directly or be upfront about the pricing. After being quoted over $6k for a vinyl sliding door I was fed up but RWD did the job for a much more reasonable price and spared me the hour long sales pitch. If you want a local small business that shoots straight with you I’d recommend them

Randy and Jimmy were great! We felt very comfortable hiring Randy to replace our old windows in our bathroom, kitchen, and bedroom. He was very prompt with the initial consult as well as follow up with quotes and purchasing the windows. As soon as they came they immediately set up the install date and finished the job very quickly. Any lingering issues they returned immediately to fix to make sure we were 100% satisfied. Jimmy was very respectful and clean in our house upon installation. I highly recommend this company and will use again!

My wife & I moved to Clayton, N.C. from N.Y. in 2022. I was having issues with my side access door that opens into the garage. I did a Google search & reached-out to 2 or 3 local businesses. Mr. Randy, the Owner, was the 1st to respond. We talked about the door, & set an appointment for him to come see us. He showed-up early for the appt. (Which I LOVE coming from N.Y.), & presented us with a few options. We chose this door that came w/ a frame, & had them install an electronic key-pad into it as well. They were Very professional, & Polite. We are quite pleased with it! My wife wants a new front door for this Spring. I'm going to call them again for this project!

I had an unusual door installation need and contacted many companies prior to Randy at RWD. Randy was the only one that offered to come out to the house after I reached out to him. We went over the options to make the installation work and chose the best one. He later sent me options for door styles to choose from. After selection, Randy placed the order and when the door arrived, his team came out promptly to do the installation. The door turned out perfect. Then 5 minutes after the installation was complete, Randy called to follow up and see if I had any concerns. We went over the finishing touches that were required and those happened quickly as well. Randy is knowledgeable and extremely responsive. Every time I reached out to him via email during the process, I received a response within an hour or two at most. Wouldn’t recommend anyone else for doors and you’ll probably get the same high quality service from his windows as well. Fair price too!

Our house was built in the 1930's with an addition in the 1940's so windows were going to be a challenge. However, Randy came over to the house and went through all of our options and answered all of our concerns. The windows were ordered and installed as promised. Can't say enough about the installation crew. It was a challenging job but they went at it full steam head. When they left the windows were perfect and they had the place nice and tidy. Highly recommend.
